RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not currently accept returns, however if you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at:

- reason for exchange
You have 14 days to exchange an item from the date you received it, once 14 days have passed, we will no longer accept it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email. Once we receive the item back at our facility and we confirm it’s still in new condition, we will then replace the item in the desired size. In the event that we do not have the item you need in stock, a store credit will be issued to you instead.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 2982 Fisher Oak Pl, Green Cove Springs, FL, 32043, United States.
Items shipped internationally are not eligible for exchange. International sales are final.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange. All sale items are final.
Swimwear is not eligible for exchange due to sanitary reasons. All swimwear sales are final.
All orders under $100 have a flat rate standard shipping fee of $6, orders over $100 ship free within the U.S. We have also added the express shipping option which is a flat rate of $10.
Orders are packed and ready to be shipped within 5-7 business days after order is received. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
If you are local to the Jacksonville, FL area and would like to do local pick-up please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
